Ms Nicki Sacker has provided administration support services for our organisation since August 2018. Her duties have entailed: managing the data on the website, organising travel and accommodation arrangements for Board members and employees, organising conference facilities and related arrangements, maintaining a national data base of all member schools and following up on unpaid subscriptions and missing membership letters. 

In addition, Ms. Sacker has been willing to perform ad hoc jobs as the need arose, for example, researching the best way for the organisation to conduct surveys.

In the provision of these administration services, Ms Sacker is required to liaise with a large number of people ranging from the six employees of the organisation, approximately fifteen Board members, school governing body members of up to 670 schools and many external bodies. 

In all her dealings with these people, most of whom she has never met face-to-face, she has been unfailingly helpful, polite, patient and friendly. She often receives messages of appreciation for her work and her conduct.

Ms Sacker works remotely and independently. She is able to follow instructions and work without any supervision. She is willing and able to learn new skills in order to perform required jobs. She responds to emails and telephones calls promptly and will do everything in her power to meet deadlines and attend to unexpected urgent matters. 

I have found Ms Sacker easy to work with. She has always carried out her duties in an efficient, responsible and cheerful manner. She has proved herself trustworthy and reliable. I am able to state that Ms Sacker is able to provide a wide range of support services for any business and that she will do so in a professional manner. I wish her well as she grows her business.
